Stachu-thx. I'll look into that... unfortunately as I re-read the Cabaser directions it contains lactose and I'm lactose intolerant so explains the bloating. Was also reading a potential side effect of fibroids in heart valves (1 in 10 experience it).. am hoping at lower dosage not a concern.. your thoughts Athlete?

Blue Cyclone - I’d say Alchemy is definitely a great choice if you’re looking for a conservative option to addressing libido, and body composition/sports performance issues. It would also help address some of the negative hormonal effects caused by intense endurance exercise.
One thing I’ve not really mentioned is how stacking can help. Alchemy is a great AI and boosts testosterone and as the guy using it has stated, it’s having a positive effect in many ways.
With that said, it won’t impact dopaminergic pathways and for someone taking finasteride I think it’s important that’s looked at. Now, cabaser would address this but it’s not cheap. Bromocriptine is an option but while I think it’s great for dieting bodybuilders and the like it would be a terrible option for an endurance runner.
It does resemble a more basic version of cabaser in how it works though so if people wanted to try a cheaper option to cabaser then bromocriptine is definitely the closest fit. It would be fine/safe to stack with alchemy as well - just be wary folks that bromo can make you feel a little nauseous once the dose rises upwards to the dose you’re gonna be looking to get to ultimately. If trying it you’d wanna start at 1.25mg, once daily in the morning and after 5 days or so increase to 2.5mg which is one tablet. Stay there for a good week at least before considering going to 3.75mg and ultimately, another 2-3 weeks later, to 5mg.
Bromo will improve libido and have the same effects as cabaser on refractory rate etc but it’s not quite so potent as cabaser and imo is less user friendly cos of the nausea that will hit as the dose rises (which can be partially offset by carbs).
OTOH, a great option would be Alchemy + either Selegiline or 9-MBC

The reason either of those stacks work is that again both Selegiline and 9-methyl beta carboline act on dopaminergic pathways and both in research and empirically have good results for increasing dopamine and boosting, among other things, libido.
Plus, as a bonus, neither of these would have the type of sides you’d get with something like bromocriptine (otoh, they won’t be as potent in driving up sexuality).
I’m sure I don’t need to tell you that the type of endurance exercise you do is not exactly optimal for boosting androgen levels - plenty of research over the years show elevated levels of cortisol among endurance athletes, even cellular necrosis in muscle tissue after marathons etc.
So to answer your question, i think Alchemy is fine by itself or with either of Selegiline, and 9-MBC for you but that bromo won’t be a good choice cos it will hamper performance for you.
Tyler Durden - Honestly, it’s very hard for me to make that judgment but if you read above, you can see it’s possible to get some of the effects of cabaser via the use of other products and even if you then stack with alchemy it’s cheaper for you.
OTOH, if you’re looking to drive up sexuality to a level GREATER than you had when you were 14, I think cabaser is the only one which can do that but it makes sense if on a budget to try something like Selegiline/9-MBC and alchemy.
If that stack works great go ahead and see if cabaser can do even more - if the stack did really drive libido up to the point where you’re thinking about sex a LOT then it will be more down to the dopaminergics than the Alchemy imo. OTOH, if you notice improved strength and body composition and less fat/water retention then that’s Alchemy driving the main benefits although by increasing test it will still raise libido somewhat.

I’d be surprised the lactose content of the pills is upsetting your stomach as I can’t imagine it’s very much at all.

Amazing as usual Athlete!! So had sex with the wife last night, was going ok then all of a sudden the erection dropped!!. Couldn't figure out what happened..has been a month since last time... so eventually got a semi erection to finish.. I guess I haven't been on Cabaser long enough to drop prolactin and raise DHT. Am awaiting my 50 mg Cialis vs the 5 mg daily I take today. And my refraction rate of recovery hasn't changed.. I'm still not recovered and it' been like 16 hours..so starting my 3rd week today.. hopefully will kick in. I did however take a gas reduction product which has seemed to help my lactose issues.. Will keep you posted on results next week

Procar2017, if your only issue is a little bloat from a small amount of lactose then I’d potentially consider, for a week or so boosting the dose slightly from 2 to 3 x a week just to see if that gets you over the hump and then reduce once you see the results. I can’t help but think there may be some psychosomatic impact from worrying etc and once you see the results you’ll then probably relax and even at a lower dose of cabaser, heck a lower dose of cialis, find that it works better than it did coz make no mistake, elevated stress levels are very destructive.

@Athlete1987 Do recommend starting this at the same time as the AA. Waiting on topical Finasteride, thinking of starting a 6 Month RU trial. Right now the diffuse is bad hidden by long hair, concurred like with Rogaine it will cause a shed that I’ll never recover from.
Is it better to start the alchemy or cabaret cycle at the same time as a new treatment or wait and respond to sides? No ED etc. now.

I really would wait until you see how if you get better on synthroid alone. Then once your thyroid levels are normal, start finasteride before you start RU. Just my opinion.

@DoctorHouse been on a few weeks now and still no improvement, energy is better. Shedding is the worst it has been since starting minoxidil last May. Sides are also thin.
I thought RU or Topical is a safe way in. All I see here are stories of bird line people staying Finasteride mild sides, big shed, step back with no recovery.

I’ve posted a thread about he importance of aromatase in the conversion of test to estrogen. We know that estrogen is great for hair - promotes and protects healthy growth. Not surprisingly, we see more aromatase enzyme in the scalp and in particular the hairlines of women. Men, who don’t have this enzyme to enrich their follicles with estrogen tend to suffer baldness and hairline recession far more commonly. In the same token, we see women who have undergone aromatase inhibition during cancer treatments begin to bald like men. In short, you do not want to inhibit aromatase from creating estrogen, because what little you have in your hairline is going to go kaput, and your hair is gonna take a hit.

As for timing, it depends on your goals. People would take alchemy and cabaser even if they aren’t taking hairloss drugs but if your reason for using them is secondary to finasteride then I’d probably take them at around the same time.
I seen someone post that alchemy might be an issue cos it’s an AI and it’s going to boost testosterone but finasteride also increases test (as well as estrogen) and whatever test increase Alchemy generates should be no more an issue for hairloss as the test rise from finasteride.
It’s the anti-estrogen effects you’re wantinf principally from it.

Estrogen is good for hair but unfortunately elevated estrogen isn’t so good for a host of things men may care about more than their hair such as libido, body fat, man boobs etc.
Still, it’s true that if hair is the only thing you care about then a combination of finasteride plus high estrogen would help.

I’m concerned about both. I am not going to compromise physical performance or health for my hair. My goal is balance to try and maintain, while reducing possible performance declines not just sexual.
My test fluctuates from 600-800. At 40 I think that’s decent with no augmentation. My only concern was if any increase might accelerate male pattern baldness.
I’m either starting RU tomorrow, topical finasteride or micro dose Finasteride. My DHT is out of range low and I’m just worried.

I just wanted to let people know that cabaser really is the real deal. While I could see improvements before it wasn’t quite like the studies but in the last 3-4 days it’s been insane.
No joke, I’ve cummed 3-5 x a day for those days and I now know what it means to have too high a sex drive cos my wife is not happy lol. Best of all, I’ve noticed that not only is athlete correct that cabaser improves orgasm intensity to what it was pre-finasteride but amplifies it incredibly. In fact, as much as I’m sure the cabaser increases libido via hormonal mechanisms, I’m 100% convinced that the sexual high it gives is part of the reason my libido is so high - lol it’s like a cocaine junkie chasing the high except with cabaser you actually get it each time!

I guess i'm a bit confused with this topic. As someone who is actively taking Finasteride and wants to continue doing so for the benefits, while also wanting to combat the side effects i'm having (low sex drive/energy primarily), is there a possible configuration here that would not remove the effect of Finasteride while helping that? Like, wouldn't taking something that lowers estrogen in part negate the benefit of maintaining your hairline?
What exactly is the best configuration to take while keeping on Finasteride, can it all be bought without a prescription, and where if so?

So, I have now gotten a prescription on Cabaser and I will get it in tuesday. Think Im gonna make my own thread later for this later, maybe some is interested. Thank u alot Athlete for help. Some more questions, I guess I should take a blood test before starting Cabaser and finasteride, and one more again after 2 months or so? Any idea what I should check? Also, I guess I cant take Cabaser forever and need to replace it with something? Alchemy seemed a little.. Meh..

So.. I have been taking an OTC pill to address bloating.. sadly as I got older lactose became an issue.. have only been able to drink Lactaid milk for years now.. but as Athlete said I think it' getting better.
Last week had sex and I came quicker than I have in years. Lol it' a good thing as when you get older the sensitivity is less so takes forever to come. And it was intense.. got a damn foot cramp as part of it lol. So also got my box of 10 and 40 mg of generic versions of Cialis and Levitra and the blue pill.. took the 10 mg.. that plus Cabaser and heading to gym while thinking of sex. Having my buddy feel alive.. even for brief moments here and there is a godsend.. I think another week and it will really kick in. TY so much for breathing life into.. well, my life again! You're right Athlete I was definitely stressing.. and thanks for pointing me to Evopharmacy..going to put in a big order of generic v**** etc. I had sex 2 days in a row last week.. was so happy refraction time is getting better.. you guys are freaking awesome.
Last unrelated question.. anyone know of anything that could improve memory?....
And finally.. use your member while you can while your younger.. gets more challenging as you get older but drugs/supplements like these help. Heck.. found out recently that before my father passed at 84 he was still taking v****.. was great to hear that even at that age desire is still there
