First of all, I'm not the one who said he should not be allowed to ask a question. HE is the one who said we should not be allowed to say that Cots might not care about his hair loss. HE, HE, HE, is the one who tried to tell me what I can and can't say.

As far as I'm concerned he can ask any question he wants but if he asks a ridiculously stupid question because he's all panicked then someone might tell him to cool it the same as Sigourney Weaver told Bill Paxton to cool it with his stupid panicked bullshit in the movie "Aliesn". His question is stupid and panicked and I told him so.

And I know people who could care less about their hair loss. My bald uncle makes over $200,000 a year, 2% minoxidil takes him from NW5 to NW1/NW2 and yet he discontinued it years ago. My brother has lost half of his hair, he has never used a hair loss treatment, and he could care less about his hair loss. Some people do not care about their hair loss. Cots may be someone who does not care about his hair loss. For anyone to assume otherwise is stupid. None of us knows for sure.

We were all informed that there are still some issues to be resolved, including ascertaining that the wounding process does not cause scarring. Only a fool would ask why Cots doesn't use it on himself when there *could be* a scarring issue. Even if I knew for a fact that it would regrow 100% of my I would not want to use the treatment until I can be sure it won't scar up the entire top of my head.

but here's the thing everybody will worry about their hairloss when it is pointed out and made fun of. Those guys that you have mentioned may haven't felt the pain or wasn't humiliated yet. They look okay with it, so they accepted it. The same goes with Cots, he looks fine and decent as per his profession. Well suited and nicely combed frontal hair, he doesn't even need to do anything about it. But it's not the same for us.
So when people say that they don't care about hairloss, just look closely and you will find these 3 things -
1. They look OK or average while balding. (just like cots)
2. They are trying to hide their insecurities ( coping mechanism)
3. They are well past the age of caring for hairloss (like 60's and so on)

even if i did NOT care cosmetically about my hair loss due to age/gender/married etc.

I would still use myself as a subject to 'show' results.

Like if i had 10 pounds to lose but was ambivalent about it cosmetically--but i was creating a weight loss pill that was safe--i would still do the pill to see/show people.

When the doctor applies the wounding device the heat could spread inside your skin beyond the target tissue.

The scarring could be everywhere across your scalp where you had hair before hair loss and where you have hair now. And the scarring might also stretch beyond that and go down on your forehead and your neck and even your ears.

I wouldn't do it unless/until the scarring concerns are resolved.

Keep in mind that if it causes scarring the scarring could be everywhere across the entire chtop of your head and it could also stretch beyond the top of your head down on your forehead.

I don't know if anyone has scarred themselves from wounding. I don't think the wounding Follica is planning is the same as DIY wounding.

I respectfully take issue with you point that it's reasonable to question Cots not using the treatment on himself.

1. The poster didn't merely question why Cots hasn't used the treatment on himself. The poster stated that since Cots hasn't used the product on himself this means the treatment definitely does not work, we should all move on from it, and none of us are allowed to present evidence contrary to the poster's position. if the poster had merely questioned why Cots hasn't used the treatment I wouldn't have gotten so annoyed with him.

2. The poster specifically rejected any possibility that Cots might not care much about his hair loss before anyone even raised that issue. That tells me that the poster knew other posters would raise that issue, and that the issue crossed the poster's mind, and that the poster dismissed that possibility. IMO it's totally unreasonable for the poster to claim with certainty that Cots cares about his own hair loss. There is no way the poster could know this with certainty.

3. We had all been advised that there may be potential scarring issues with the treatment and yet the poster did not raise this issue as a possible reason why Cots has (presumably) not used the treatment on himself. IMO it's unreasonable for the poster not to think of potential scarring as a reason why Cots might not use the treatment on himself. Who wants to be all scarred up across their entire scalp and perhaps down their forehead, neck, and ears? Nobody.

The direction of this thread is why no legitimate pharma would have anything to do with the forums.

i'm so damn tired of nameless (aka jarjarbinx or yourRoyalHairness etc. on other forums) polluting every thread with his childish stupid nonsense. those of you who have been active on this and other forums in the recent years probably know what i'm talking about. i'm dealing with it for more than 4 years now. there have been so many stupid and outrageous discussions with him.
he's one of the most stupid posters and he never learns his lesson. in every fight with other users he ends up making a fool of himself (goes years back to the fight with arashi on BTT), but the funny thing is he always believes he's sooooo smart and everybody else is wrong all the time. he just never gets it. he never wonders why he is involved in these fights all the time.

until recently i thought he's maybe somewhere in his twenties and just immature. i was shocked when he recently wrote he's somewhere around 40 (i guess he's in his fourties or so). when i think back at all the BS in all the forums he wrote so far, it's really difficult to understand what person he must be in real life. i believe he must have massive social problems in private.

so instead of spending some time on thinking why he happens to always find himself in a fight with other users, he chooses to continue his uneducated bickering as long as he can, spanning hundrets of useless posts, while he constantly seems to edit and refine his postings afterwards. seems he's whether enjoying it or is very unsecure about what he writes.

HairBlues, check this out. Royaum and I were going back and forth some but it was going to be short-lived because I was never really mad at him. I just wanted him to calm down.

And then all of a sudden occulus sticks his nose into it even though I had not said one thing to occulus. Occulus is acting all innocent like a little boy now but he made the whole thing bigger and longer-lived by butting in even though I had not said one thing to occulus or about occulus. His innocent act is bullshit.

Here's whats going on Hairblues, I said something months ago that gave occulus a bad case of butthurt. So now whenever he sees an opportunity to take a cheap shot at me he does it. And then just like a little boy he acts all innocent. And like I said, he does this crap because he has some butthurt with me because I offended him in the past.
