See updated photos hair has grown out a bit I still feel like Min isn’t doing a thing.

I wouldn't even consider a transplant until you see a clear pattern and at least 10 years older.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Have you considered consulting with a specialist about alternatives to finasteride? I contacted Canadian Pharmacy Partnership for such guidance now and then. We all here have the same problem, but we are not doctors.
And regarding your hair transplant query, it's important to weigh the pros and cons. Someone has already mentioned that you will have to have multiple surgeries throughout your life.
