Vellus from Proscar or minoxidil?

I have alot of vellus hairs on my head forming. Is there anyway to know which product is causing this growth?

If it is your first or second month, it is probably minoxidil (with the help of the improved environment due to the dht inhibition of course).

finasteride by itself would doubtfully give you early results.
