Almost my entire original hair line is covered in vellus hair...and not the type that you need a magnifying glass to see. They're actually quite bristly and thick. The only problem is that their not growing :( Any recomendations on how to give these little guys a growth spert?

No details, and no posted regimen, so nobody will know what you're doing.

If you're doing the typical then the best thing is simply to give it time.

the reason they stopped growing is they are in a cycle of growth, give them a few months to fall out and grow back thicker and longer.

i had the same vellus hair for 2 months no change, and now finally it's comming around...

Yes, you should definately take a few moments to do that.

Oh right, sorry. Well, I started Proscar 2 weeks ago, 1mg daily. I've been using revita for about a month. Then theres all the hair vitamins and mineral supplements.

I'm getting kind of worried now though. I've been shedding quite a bit whenever I use revita, but those were hairs that looked like they were gonna fall out anyways. Now i'm noticing LOTS of tiny hairs falling out. They're just about the size of my eyelashes, and have plenty of color to them. It's like im growing hair and lossing it right away. Is this a bad sign? Or perhaps the finasteride or revita has made my hair skip a phase and is growing new ones regardless. I really hope its the latter. :(

Hey, that's kinda cool - you and i are doing about the same thing. I've been using revita for a month or so now, and my finax (generic finasteride) is in the mail right now. I've definitely noticed small hairs sprouting up all over the place - not visibly though.... if i run my hand over my head through my hair, just over the scalp, I can feel tons of little stiff hairs growing like crazy...

hopefully adding in the finax will help it kickstart.... :D

hi everyone.
I'm about norwood 3 and been using finasteride ~3months and rogaine over 5 weeks and I've been starting to clearly noticing that whitevellus hair on my temples have been changed it colour from white to dark and if I look the dark vellus hair pattern it resembles exactly nw1 pattern.
Does that mean anything?
