Hi, I started a regime about a month ago and was looking for any new hairs appearing. I noticed a few short hairs, maybe 5mm, on my hairline. The top part of the hair is fine and unpigmented but towards the base it gets thinker and is gradually more pigmented. Does this mean that a vellus hair has been converted to a terminal hair? It is not normal for the end of my hairs to be white and the base brown.
