Hey guys, this upcoming April will mark my first year anniversary of trying finasteride and nizoral, I have gotten pretty good regrowth. On the one year month (again, April) I wanted to add something else. I know a lot of people on this forum have gotten great results with min, but I don't like that you have to use it twice a day for maximum results. Even once a day is rather annoying.

So I was thinking of buying a Micro needling, here is my hair today. My main goal (since I have been diffuse thinning) is to hopefully get some thickness back.

How many people had results with just finasteride and derma?

No, he was not full of hair. He was fairly diffuse on his crown and he fully reversed it. Now, it would be insightful for all of us if he comes back in a while to see whether that regrowth can be maintained in the long term. We still have very few anecdotal accounts of long term effects, so additional ones are welcome. Every single soul in this community trial counts and is insightful (unless they start finas/min at the same time as needling), so please let's not encourage their departure, more so when the reason of leaving is because of unnecessary shows that you were part of.

Yet there are a select few literally going out of there way to derail this thread..... and they have the audacity to call out the original poster.
