HI PB
I just wanted to add my little opinion in, While talking to a Tricologist recently she advised me that, Although she would do (within reason) what I wanted she did urge me to look at my lifestyle first.

Make sure I was eating healty,
Staying away from processed, and over cooked foods,
eating the required ammounts of fruit and veg a day,
Drinking the right amount of Water a day,
and STAY AWAY FROM STRESS

she said that although none of these may be the cause of my hair loss, the healthier my lifestyle is, can only do good, and IF any of these were a contributing factor to hair loss then what would be the point of her prescribing medication to do one thing when my lifestyle is counteracting it!!

Just a thought, But i think she has a point, Not to say that drugs dont have their place, And i take finasteride myself, but i have stood back and looked at the way i was treating my body.

You can analyze and disect vitamin intake all you want and the reality will still be that ANY foods or drinks that create surges of insulin with be destructive. Pizza, candy, soda, and white breads sums up my entire diet growing up and now I'm bald.Go figure :hairy:
