Good price, now how many do I need to get to make the 8000 mile round trip to my nearest Walgreens affordable?

I feel exactly like the Gardener, I always feel like I am 15 again buying rubbers.

But look at it this way, no one cares! Not the cash register person or anyone else. The person in front of you just bought Hemorrhoid crème and anti-fungus lotion. The person behind you is 13 buying a pregnancy test. Everyone is buying something embarrassing at a drug store.

So today.........

Ok I got 9 months of Rogaine coming now :) $120! Normally $150

Free shipping after $50

Lets see, I bought my "Sap Moss Hair Spray" today from Aveda (30 minute drive), $18

Two bottles of "TIGI: thickening shampoo" for $8 on clearance (normally $9 a bottle)

Sigh................Hairloss...............oh well, it's worth every penny to secure my vanity!

Ha ha ha... Cassin, that is hilarious. Same here. I must admit that a few times since my large purchase at Walgreens at that price I have opened up my bathroom cabinet drawer where I keep it JUST to get a glimpse of all those lovely tall pointy black bottle caps neatly lined up. Aaaahh, I am stocked up on the good sh*t. Next time we have to worry about minoxidil again my brotha, it will be 2005!

Out of curiousity, SBF, what does Rogaine go for across the pond?

Your probably right as far as it being effective.

But I have tried 2 generic forms and I find them much more greasy. Plus I spend more for piece of mind. I know that maybe doesn't make sense, but for $120 I feel as if I am getting the best brand for my hair.

Good find and thanks for posting Gardener.

Kirkland is 20bucks for 4 bottles and exactly the same as rogaine in quality and consitency. can't beat that.

i just don't know how you guys afford rogaine and propecia, etc...it gets expensive . thank god for kirkland and proscar. otherwise i'd of probably skipped rogaine and propecia because of the cost and the not so great results of it's use. it's not worth the money if you ask me if there weren't generics

I didn't know off-hand so had a quick look at a couple of UK websites and a 3 pack of Rogaine (actually sold as Regaine over here) costs 57 quid, that's about $100.

Such good value it's surprising that I buy Kirkland's stuff from an American site instead - just under $50 for a 4 month pack, and that includes the cost of air-mail.
