I have yet to try one of these pump devices, but manually decompress and attempting to reduce inflammation to relax gales, I may do bottox and thinking of buying one of these devices soon. I have no regrowth but definitely better volume and texture of existing hair - I don't expect regrowth for a very long time, miniaturisation takes years so the opposite will also be true it's a very long process
I'm not massaging galea, but holding the side muscles 'up' when lying on my back helped by pillow in certain position, to temporarily take all tension completely out of galea. This is not difficult at all and not sure if the band even does this but going to add the band in any case for the compression effect.my scalp feels looser, so yes they do work
doing it manually with fingers is just too tiring, and far more difficult
