I've been watching this guy's channel for some time now for fitness and diet tips; he really did upgrade my daily routine which effect directly on how i feel and think!

he is uploading those inner-game motivation clips lately (sport associated), but that applies to all areas in life; career/dating/sports/socializing etc etc.. think you can learn from Yuri, and what got my attention is the fact he is actually a bald guy (Norwood very high-something). maybe you can pick something from this.

I wrote 2 beliefs, and if ill manage to change and achieve one goal then this clip was worth the time, one of which is that i dont believe a girl from my class will date me, so i start working on this, i see how it develop and ill try to update :).

Reading that diet quote has pretty much soured the rest of his speeches. Goes to show how much of it really is just meaningless toss.

Indeed. Or his core message is utter bullshit as hes in denial about his own life.

Just shows you what an awesome impact it can have.

he could be a male pattern baldness ignorant, but i highly doubt he is compensating for it by caring for his health, body and keeping a positive mind-set. "bullshit" "loser" "denial" ?!... you took one thing and thrown everything else he said just to feel better for your lack of courage to take responsibility over your life and lead a change.

personally (and oppose to Yuri) im no denial and i know i have severe male pattern baldness, it does effect my life to some extant, but that does not mean that ill adapt a negative mind-set altogether because of it.

my personal experience, i run 3-4 times a week only about 4-5 miles, getting on proper diet had 2 effects : 1) i lost the bear belly :)
2) im in top shape, exactly how he said !! i feel like a teenager again! very vital, and very sharp, i used to exprience brain fogs and now i dont have them for over a year now. (i also reduced my alcohol take to half a liter of beer a week which also had some effect over the brain fogs)

on top of the above, my facial skin is in its best condition it ever was my entire life!!!

its only your choice to what extant you let hair lose lead your life. you get to chose. (what you DONT do, is by far more important than what you do)

So, the choice is either to suffer male pattern baldness, or follow his plan which I think inevitably turns into a case of Salmonella or e Coli illness. Wait till this guy is sick as a dog and his sphincter is leaking worse than the Exxon Valdez. Maybe he'll reconsider.

Have any of you ever had e Coli illness? I have, its one of the two worst illnesses I've ever had to endure. Wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy.

I just hate how he has the audacity to come up with such a SHITTY lie about his hair.

you're bald as a plucked chicken dude, come out and deal with reality instead of making sh*t up. You like it this way? toss off

what ever he's saying you will try to accept when age goes

at first

age 17~20

you will feel very bad on you and try to forget your hair.from inside you will say yourself its normal thing.

20~23

too much depression makes you to sweat at night at sometimes makes you to believe you've lost everything .

23~26

you are slowly accepting your male pattern baldness and not try hide it out anymore even when you are young .

26~29

you accepted it or not you've completely bypassed the with no girls at young age.hence no more young girls so you have to keep faith on your own capacity .otherwise you will lose whole life that't

@Joshua,

No, I don't have any Dutch roots, but I really enjoyed the style of play of your national football team. I watched the first round of the World Cup and was deciding which team (in addition to my own!) I wanted to follow. That first match against Denmark was VERY impressive, I thought the Dutch squad played creative and free flowing offense, even more so than the Brazilians IMHO, and really enjoyed watching it. They looked like they enjoyed playing together. My roots are Danish/Scots/Irish.

I also appreciate your country's culture and vibrance. I've been to Amsterdam a few times, and loved the social scene there. Just as a side note, during my first visit there the Netherlands was still using the old Guilder as currency... I miss the Guilder. The currency notes were gorgeous works of art! Such a shame to drop them and have them replaced by such a boring and visually un-stimulating currency like the Euro. (I say this PURELY from an artistic and visual perspective, not from an economic one.)

@ The Gardener,

I'm curious to know what the other disease you've had is that you wouldn't wish on your worst enemy. male pattern baldness?

Just so the folks here know what I am referring to, here's an example of a Dutch Guilder note, front and back.
Gorgeous currency.

So as promised an update :)
as i said, i did some modifications to the way i see the situatio with this girl (ie from not believing i can have her, i worked on my mind with a set of reinforcing beliefs) and it worked, she said yes, but (..lol) at the last minute she bailed out, im 100% positive its due to my norwood situation because other then this everything was perfect, which only leave the "how i look" question...
so im not giving up (for now) im going to channel this to my own interest, avoid girls for now could only help me focus more in my schooling, either-way it was a sort of win / win situation.

ok, now time to go back to the books ( yachh :D)
