Hy,
I'm 29 old male and i have a spot that is worring me for few years now. I mean I'm keeping eye on it for 3 or 4 years, but i think it's preety much the same size. I would like to know your opionion about it. Today I took a picutre of it, so i can show you all. To bad i didn't take pictures years ago to see if its proggresed or not. What do you think? Should i get on threatment or is regular cowlick pattern.

These 3 pictures are on daylight and the hair style i normaly have:

These 3 are combed back:

I would really like to hear your opinion. Let me say i know some of you have bigger issues than this, but I love my hair so you never be to caucius (spelling? :))

Peace & love for everyone!

My brother's hair looked exactly like yours in the vertex until he got to 40 and it thinned out completely to a rather large diffuse bald spot. So you just dont know how long it will stay like that but I would not do anything until you see it start to get worse. Funny, he always called it a cowlick and all this time it was very slowly miniaturizing. Mine looks exactly like yours and I am in my 40's and although some say its a cowlick, I don't buy that. I do have fine hair so I imagine my cowlick is always going to show somewhat. I see many people with a cowlick and that area is as thick as the rest of their hair and even when its cut short or long, you cannot see scalp at all. Of course these lucky people have super thick hair too. However, on the other side of the coin, I have seen some little kids with a similar vertex as mine and yours so I tend to feel better but get jealous of those hispanics with thick black hair and no scalp showing no matter where you look. I sprinkle my cowlick with a little concealer and it looks perfect and you just need a tiny sprinkle. I am sure most people on here will tell you the same. You are fine now and don't need any treatments but watch it very carefully as you are never safe from thinning out more in that area.

Thx for the response!
I will watch over it yeah, but as i said im tracking it like 3 years or more and it's actually the same, so i think it didn't spreadded. Not that I could notice. So i hope it's just a cowlick. Thanks for answer once more and I would like to hear from the other ppl as well...
