WARNING! Scams and Snake Oils

Past few months I have been on HLH reading posts, I have discovered numerous inconsistencies, and possible scams to promote products there. To make it short, there was a hype about TB4 not too long ago, and few posters possibly salesmen, were lauding it as the cure for hairloss as they have achieved their success with it. When asked for pictures, they claimed not have a camera ready and later on after numerous, ostensibly educational posts about TB4, they claimed here and there they had pictures also including before pictures. They further promised to post pictures; and of course, nothing materialized. No credible count has been reported there when supposedly several boardies started the treatment back in June promising results in 3 weeks.

And, now I am reading, same hype about PSI that just kick started there. Some boardies there are seemingly sounding similar to previous TB4 hype and now they are promoting PSI.

So, just dont buy into it until you make your best judgement. Some of them are doing it to promote websites/chemical sellers, and others who may jump into authenticating the claims are either pseudonyms working in cahoots or just trolls.

That was not the sad part; but that boardies there are are so desperate that they actually buy into it. They probaby spent their money on TB4, only to be advised that they needed to up the dose; and now same boardies are falling for a new fad... unbelievable ! How stupid one can get from so obviously fraudulent posts

Those guys are litterly INSANE, they think they are masters of chimestry buying powders of diffrent kinds from unknown websites and crashing pills mixing with water and alcohol and they really believe its the cure that will grow thier hair back, now with the pdg2 discovery some scam websites claim they have the formula to block it and this lunatic gangstarboy user claims he know how to turn it into a topical. While he Promoting those websites

Off course it's all theoretical and none of them really grow hair. There is not even 1 proof.

I ain't gonna fall for this bull**** I rather wait for a real med approved by FDA and made by real legit exprienced doctors

Edit: there is that chellos user claiming that injecting tb4 and tb1 to the stomech will active the cells and grow hair, and he saying that he does that, I'm sure that's a saleman

I don't think it's a scam, it's more... they're just delusional. Something new comes up, they read a few papers, see that the science is all there and think they figured it all out.

Lol, and he promoting this Kane shop website, he writes some **** that he read on the Internet and saying that he "reasarched it" and the powder they sell there should work just like that this, guy is 100% scammer.

The original TB4 poster I don't think was a salesman..he just didn't want to show pictures for whatever reason. It is a bit irritating when posters claim such great success but then don't back it up with anything. They're free to do that..and maybe they are having success..but then there's no reason to get so offended etc if ppl question them and ask for pictures etc. They'd be better off just saying they're doing ok..seeing some results..instead of sounding like they found the cure and/or are selling something.

This all reminds me of some clowns that started another forum that involves a certain hair guru that has initials I and H that have hyped everything from day one and yet still cannot provide pictures that show anything. Oh..and they're selling products. Why anyone takes them seriously is :shock:

Then, there was upsell for Tb4 to work better with some VEGF1 or growth hormone and so on... I think I am the only one who can easily see behind the text or I may be just paranoid

If I recall though..he was a "regular" poster. I just don't think he was waiting around to sell something...like the other person and group I referred to in my post above. Anything is possible though.

That is exactly I liked to believe that "regular" posters with educational posts were telling the truth. As I said, it's a ploy to gain trust on permanent basis for possible long-term monetary gains. I have good memory, so I was able to read between lines and subtle inconsistencies pretty easy. Also, they had innocently mentioned a number of websites-possible insidious acts to get readers hits on the websites. I would not be surprised if all those websites belong to just one seller, or multiple sellers are competing with each other. Again, I may be reading too much into it; but always make an educational judgement and do your own research. I, for one, started reading these sites just few months ago to gain firsthand information from real users, only to be repulsed by fakes and trolls.

guys i am a long time lurker on this site, a very long time and i am to one who started the topic about psi on hlh. yes i agree tb4 was a scam, because we basically had no evidence it would work on human beings, no evidence is snake oil. pure and simple! but psi on the other hand will be our best bet in fighting this disease untill stem cell therapy will be widely available and scientists will be able to implant thousands upon thousands hair follicles (created by stem cell tehniques) into the scalp who are 100 % resistant to the damages of dht. i don't know if this particular psi from this peptide company, will work, because i will have to find out first, but if it works, well, then say hello to 5000 new hairs in only one cycle of 28 days. i have received pm's from veteran hardcore posters who hadn't logged in for years telling me how grateful they are psi have been brought to the market for use. and these guys have seen everything. and you should not call guys like me and other guys crazy, stupid people. we are pioneers. we are seeking a cure, we are doing everything within our powers to overcome this disease. losers and dumb people are the ones who come here on this forum to b**ch about everything, telling the whole world that no woman on earth wants to date them, because women only love men who have hair on their heads. like that beingbaldsucksass guy. never in my whole life i have encountered a person who is so pessimistic and depressed like this guy. it's not the fact that you are losing your hair but your whole attitude that doesn't allow you to get sweet, delicious pussy. crystal clear.

pgd2 blockers are a new phenomena, but it has never ever been tested on human beings, so i don't know how well it will work, if it will work at all. psi has been around since early 2000, so that's up to 10 years now. and the handfull of people who tried this have never seen so much hair growth in such a sort amount of time. but the purity has to be 98 % or higher, because < 98 % then it will degrade very quickly.

It is not the psi growing 5k hair I am against, it is how it is propagated to be through deceptive illusions, in carefully articulated but insidious manners: Not to mention semantic writing skills about describing sales pitch. So because one guy claimed this thing grow his hair this is the so called evidence that this psy bull**** works?

I read on hlh; I can easily figure members from their writing style, read behind their texts and can easily understand the mindset and mentality; so I am able to connect dots-That is why I am mentalist.
