Was Told I Had Minor Bi-temporal Recession Almost Exactly A Year Ago

By a dermatologist. It wasn't enough to warrant Propecia, according to her. She said I could use minoxidil if I really wanted to. I elected not to do any treatment. I was 22 then and I'm 23 now. It's been approximately a year since that appointment and I would say that there has been minimal additional recession since. Is it safe to say I am out of the woods and that my hairline merely matured? As far as family history goes, my maternal grandpa died with normal hair at 80 and my dad has no balding in his mid 50's.
