What Are The Appearance Changes That U Experience With Transitioning From Male To Female

I am thinking of trying oral spironolactone 200 mg everyday

Personally I want to keep my hair badly. I care about appearance but not much about sex. So I have no issues in nuking my testosterone and DHT to keep the hair and live life as a woman hormone wise but a male officially. I couldn't care less about body and facial hair either. What concerns me is:
a. Voice change
b. Breast enlargement
c. Loss of bone mass in the dimorphic male regions (browridge, jaw, cheekbones, face narrowing overall etc)

what all changes should I look out for if i go on spironolactone. How can i LOOK like a man overall (even if i am impotent basically)

wtf

how about not becoming a female and just getting a hairpiece?

i'm 100% sure at the end of this you'll look like a female guaranteed, with a high pitched voice and def gyno. There was an old member here that looked feminine as f*** doing your regimen
gyno can be fixed with a relatively low cost permanent surgery. I just don't want a feminine voice and my bone structure of face and body to feminise and i don't want skin to get fucked up

i need my hair. even dutasteride after 4.5 months is doing the exact opposite of what it should, accelerating the hair loss

You never thought about a hairpiece? You can make them look legit and you don't have to pull through with all this sh*t.

its just not the same and getting a hairpiece regularly would cost more than a gyno and spironolactone. man, sex to me is very overrated anyway. high pitched voice and changing bone structure are my biggest concerns.

Well, I don't know man. I think there are more serious side effects to taking spironolactone than just a high pitched voice/bone structure. Most trannies are prone to committing suicide aswell so if you were to regret what you're about to do in the future things will become difficult

Taking spironolactone won't turn you into a woman but will give you gyno, probably cause permenant ED and shrink your testicles to the size of peanuts and spironolactone at even 200mg a day is no gaurentee that it would stop your hairloss, you say you dont care about sex but we all want to look good so women find us attractive so i would try another alternative.

I think adding estrogen would pe beneficial to your hair, however you are swapping 1 problem for another imao.
Even though you are desperate to keep your hair, when you start growing tits and your figure is feminine like you will be just aa depressed as you probably are now.
If you think that these side effects won't bother you as much as male pattern baldness then you should go for it.
Good luck.

in what way does figure become feminine? i think gyno is a cheap procedure to remove the mantits.

I wanna lead my life as a man but kind od like a neutered one.

You can't live as a man with women's hormones. If you start this regimen, you will become a strange creature that is neither male nor female and you will cause irreversible damage to your body. And your regimen looks good so maybe you should wait it out, results take time. If that doesnt work then get a piece, at least you'll still be the same person.

Do you make money based off your appearance or hair? If the answer is no, then I strongly suggest against it man. How is your hair like rn? Does finasteride not work for you?

Where did you hear that? Pitch of voice and Bone structure wont change. Bone density could be a potential problem in the future due to mineral absorption. The worst effects in my opinion are; the potential of becoming sterile, gyno, loss of muscle, and ED. Infertility is what would put me off above everything. BTW do you have prescription or buying online?

Osprey is right - from what I heard from a friend of mine who transitioned (male to female) there are some things that testosterone influences at puberty that remain for life (voice depth, bone structure, beard follicles etc ) electrolysis can get rid of beard but some things can't be altered by surgery like height, shape, shoulders, jaw etc all these things that have been shaped by testosterone at puberty and look distinctly 'masculine' .
That being said it looks like you are 22 right? This is a big commitment to alter your body like this, there may be things that you arent aware of that will alter too. Thought patterns, decision making, anhedonia, anorgasmia....you just dont know what will happen, until you experience it. How bad is your thinning now? Hairpiece suggestion is solid idea....otherwise a standard regimen (minoxidil, Ketoconazole and finasteride) until Histogen and Replicel arrives

Lol you aren't going to become a girl on spironolactone alone or any AA for that matter.
