At the moment, I have the following regimen:

Internals: B Vitamin complex, Green tea and fish oil.

Topicals: SPF 50 in the morning and Pickart's Super CP Serum for face in the evening.

General: exercise.

Anyone else care to chip in with their regimens?

My mother uses a Vitamin E Aloe lotion that she's been using for about 10-15 years and she doesn't have one wrinkle on her face and she's in her mid 50s. I thought it was her genetics but her sisters, younger or older, all have worse skin than she does so I think Vitamin E is playing a major role. I've started to use it myself and my skin looks really good.

Vitamin E is potentially amazing. I think it differs greatly from person to person, but ive seen "before and after" pics of wounds, rashes, scabs, scars, etc which would blow anyone's mind. Complete recoveries! I saw them and thought - how on earth doesn't this product sell millions and millions?
