What are these hairs?

I've posted this picture to both Spex and The Balding Blog. Each told me my hairline is fine. It's a slight V shape, but it's apparently just matured, as the hairline is the same as from when I was 18, which was 3 years ago. The density all around the fringe/bangs is the same, and I can grow it out. In fact, when I do this, the fringe becomes very thick, which is good, right?

Anyway, what are these random hairs just on the edge of the hairline. I wasn't told by Spex or from the Doctor on The Balding Blog. These normal hairs to everyone?

Wow! nothing to worry about that's a norwood 1 still. It's normal to have finer hairs at the edge of the hairline!

Oh, so those are normal hairs are they? Wasn't too sure, so thanks for letting me know!

Norwood 1? Lol, everywhere I ask tells me I'm a different Norwood, ranging between a Norwood 1 and a mature hairline.
