What are your thoughts on UCLA PP405? Do you think it is promising?

Depends on your age.
If you are over 40 then I would wait. If you are 30 then I wouldn't. You are still relatively young and could have a shot with getting intimate partners who aren't single moms. There is only a 5% chance this drug actually works. You willing to risk waiting on that for nothing?
That being said. Be sure your surgeon is really good. I went to a really good surgeon and he rejected me and said my balding was too severe for surgery. So for me, all i can do is wait for a cure before I can get this fixed and be even remotely dateable.

I’ve been visiting these sights for the best pet of twenty years now, where I don’t want to be a Debbie downer, if a transplant will get you looking how you want go for it now!!!
I’ve seen literally hundreds of cures / fixes just needing a five year wait and it never comes!!! If you wait five years I’d bet my house this still won’t be released or any good! And there will be something else you think will be worth holding of for five years in its place!!
finasteride is still by far the biggest player in the game despite the billions being spent trying to find something better!!!
I’m by no means an expert just my opinion after many years waiting for something that probably isn’t going to come in my lifetime

I was norwood 7. I've been on minoxidil and dutasteride and I'm probably a norwood 5 now? I don't see things improving further than this and I'm still not a candidate for surgery because of the donor zone not being good enough.
I did do a hair system and honestly, it was the most horrible experience ever. It is so painful to go out with a hair system and have women treat you so differently. The contrast between hair and bald (shaved bald) is so large it made me very depressed because now I've seen with clear evidence that my hair loss has dramatically affected my quality of life. So I stopped using it.

At least it made you have confidence in social life. I would continue to use it until a cure come out.

Indeed, each organism reacts very differently to such drugs. What I know for sure from my own experience is that additional vitamins from Canada Pharmacy Partner will never be superfluous. This way you can maintain your condition and improve your health.

Do you mind sharing which doctor you used? I shaved my head and it looks like I have dispersed hair loss. My temples have definitely receded, however. The think I'm worried about is the donor area. I may not have enough density. Therefore, I want an honest opinion.

Have you considered a good quality SMP clinic? I think if done correctly, you would see similar results to the hairpiece in terms of interactions?

Preliminary results from one month of treatment showed a rapid and statistically significant clinical response. At week eight, only four weeks after the completion of treatment in men with a higher degree of hair loss, 31% of those treated with PP405 exhibited a greater than 20% increase in hair density, compared to 0% of patients responding in the placebo group.
Established research has shown that in patients with pattern hair loss, bald areas of the scalp retain dormant hair follicles and stem cells, which have effectively fallen asleep due to a combination of age, stress, genetics, and environmental factors. By activating these follicular stem cells, PP405 has the potential to regrow hair in areas of thinning or balding, setting it apart in a market where most options offer maintenance, not restoration.
Pelage expects to initiate Phase 3 studies in 2026 designed to further evaluate the safety and efficacy of PP405 in men and women.
