Hey guys! i have been lurker of these forums for quite a while. a year and a half to be exact. i finally decide to join in and start my hairgain journey. i have had a high forehead and thin hair to begin with. infact i had so little hair that my nickname was baldie, haha. i never really had a straight hairline. but recently, in 2006, i was under extreme stress. a month or two later my hair started thinning. i went to a derm and she said it was likely Telogen Effluvium than Androgenetic Alopecia.
My hair continued thinning in a diffuse pattern and i started researching about hairloss. then i found this site. i learnt about propecia, rogaine and nizoral. but was too afraid of the sides to start the treatment. finally in may of 2007 i bought some finpecia and started taking 0.5 mg a day. i had erection problems in the beginning which went away within two to three weeks. my hair stopped falling out. i also started on nizoral. after i ran out of finpecia i got lazy and didnt order any. i was without it for a month. my hair started falling out so i ordered fincar and i am on 1.25 mg eod. hair fall has stopped but my top seems to be thinner than before. hopefully it will come back. here are some pics of my hairline, i was hoping you guys could tell how far along i am on the norwood scale. click on slideshow.

its been a while since i have posted but here is a current state of my hairline. its gotten thinner and is receding! am i past the nw2 stage? any opinions will be appreciated.
