Hey, so I got 1000 fenugreek tabs (1000 mg each), and I've started taking 6 daily.
I'll report if/when I see any change. The guy in the blog says he saw difference in 3 weeks, but that seems absurd. Nothing acts that fast.
If I see/feel anything, it will be closer to 6 months mark probably.
On the good side, the web is full of positive articles about fenugreek...

I've seen some pics of people who use it, looks like it works a little bit, like at least in halting. I'm not interested in that, big 3 stopped my hair loss but I read fenugreek supposedly gives no side effects so I guess there's the cure for those who want something that stops hair loss with no sexual sides. they don't have to wait 5 years for a hair loss stopping treatment, just use mother nature.

it looks like when something is linked to arthritis ,anti inflammatory.., this may help with hairloss..
yee.....it may help some people with specific pattern BUT to what degree?! maybe you are lucky to find the random supplement that works a little..

The guy says in the article Rogaine killed his sex drive, he seems stupid. I wouldn't trust this, he also says this herb kills dht but increases libido, anyone know how that works?

Well... this guy is the number 1.

This is due to Trigonelline, not very new.

Just had a google there are a few studies carried out, some topical which used ethanol as a carrier and worked according to the study,
seems like someone tried patenting it as well back in the mid 90's
