What does Finansterid/propecia cost in your country/state?

Hello!
I was wondering what you guys pay for your finasterid, because It seems that it differ a lot from country to country, here in Denmark one month of supply cost 400DKK which is the same as 72,5$. There is only one company that sells finasteride in Denmark (which is why it's so expensive)
Well finasteride is sold by other companies, but they are not sold for hairloss.

I find this very expensive, but what does it cost where you live?

Proscar is not available in Denmark. It's so unfair that the price is so much diffrent!
Do you know if I can get it shipped from for an example France legally, because of the European Union?

Hey man, Im also from Denmark and I get 400 days worth of finasteride for 70 DKK ~ 12,5 $

Its generic 5 mg finasteride called Finasteride "aurobindo", which i cut into quarters. No different from proscar.

Ask your doctor to prescribe either finasteride "aurobindo" or finasteride "stada". If he does not want to, make him refer you to a derm (hudlæge). This is what I did since my doctor would'nt.

And no, you can't buy prescription drugs over the internet in Denmark. They get taking in by the control.

Hey nice, I did wonder why aurobindo and stada is so much cheaper, when it's the same active ingredient, theres even more in the doses! Insane.
Is a derm a specialist in hairloss?

I pay $45 for 30 1 mg finasteride because my Doctor refuses to write an off-label prescription and I don't want to **** with online pharmacies... It sucks but there's not much I can do about it.

Wow that sounds great. Is that without insurance? (I have insurance but they don't cover finasteride for hair loss) suppose I'll look into getting a Costco membership soon. Would also mean I could pick up the cheap Minoxidil.

Yes this is without insurance. And you don't need a Costco membership. Just tell the person in the front you are purchasing at the pharmacy. I believe the member price is just a little less (like $33 for 90 pills).

That is the brand I've been receiving from Walmart; they seem to work.

Every pharmacy in Norway, but you ned a perscription. Just for your info : Propecia costs 780 NOK for 28 pills, or almost 100 Eur! Or 125 USD! Crazy country...
