What does your Proscar look like?

Someone said that Proscar is irregular shaped. I have Fincar and its a small round light-purple colored pill. I hope it's legit.

i got the merk brand proscar. Its like a bloated triangle shape. They are small blue pills and a pain in the *** to cut equally.

My derm said that the drug companies are on to the cutting of Proscar and make it extremely difficult to cut into 5ths. I can understand the money factor but how the hell do you know how much of a dosage is being taken at any given time? Seems more logical to me to get the Propecia Generic and spend the extra $20 per month. Why take a chance?

You think taking generic is less of a chance than MERK proscar and cutting it?

Being off by a few mcg everyday is no big deal with finasteride.

When does the patent on finasteride expire so FDA approved generic propecia can be manufactured? I read patents are good for 18 years. So does that 18 years start from proscar's introduction or propecia's introduction?

It takes me about 5seconds to cut the proscar into 4 very similar parts. I use kitchen knife.

My question is: do you guys find so important to take exactly 1mg or 1,25mg a day! What about 1,22 one day and 1,28 second day. I dont know but it should not play a big role.

Not sure. I posted a topic on this and basically started an international incident.

I drive 1 mile down the road to pick mine up.

It's easy to cut into 5ths, being off by a few mcg's is no big deal

As for going by what a medical professional says, my Doctor says it's ok. So I have no questions about what I am doing.

Cost me about $16 a month.

Oh yeah, and I still have my hair.

But that is Legit MERK brand. So I agree 100% with Redbone, get the real deal.

Just messing with you, I wish I could get a script like you have, mine cost me $58 per so it can be expensive, but its worth keeping my hair and I know for sure that I am taking genuine propecia.

Well it's about $72 for the Proscar bottle and it lasts about 4 1/2 months so I just avergae the cost out to $16.
