Doesn't that mean it only expands cancer cells if you already have cancer?
It shouldn't induce cancer in a healthy normal individual

Increase in Wnt/β-catenin signaling is risky imho, and more for a hair issue. We need ask , is there any problem in certains hairs and not in others?
