What Happened To This Magical Topical Joe Rogan Talks About?

Azaelic Acid, Retin-A and minoxidil. I've heard about it before, and I've heard it was successful but it apparently got deleted from existence. Anyone know more info/if it's still available under some other name?

It was Lipogaine, as to what happened, the FDA happened and it no longer contains the Azelaic Acid.

do you know why that is? It now just contains slightly different acids I've noticed
