What is best solution for diffuse thinning?( Dupa)

Hi i am balding since 3 years and i am 23 y old. I have dupa. What is best hairstyle for diffuse thinning ? Grow the hair or cut the hair ? I have full head of hair but i have lost 60% of my density including sides and back my head. I take finasteride since 1 year however it's not working on dupa

If you ask about hairstyle in diffused thinning I think the best one is 3mm buzzcut combined with hair root concealer spray.
