What Is Going On The Back Of My Hair?

When I took a picture of the back of my hair I noticed this

Left temple:

Right temple (I feel like it has receded):

Hairline:

And my crown:

I don't know what is going on the back of my hair is the most concerning. What do you guy think.

I think both temples look fine. You can always check with a specialist like a hair transplant surgeon and they can tell you 100% if you're balding or not, that's my recommendation.
