What Is Going On With The Side Of My Head?

This is are some pictures of the side of my head when wet. I’ve been noticing more hairloss than usual lately. I’ve always had a bit of a big forehead, some thinner hair and never a straight hairline but I feel like a recent analysis of my hairline could be indicating so recession. Any ideas oh what could be happening?

At this time there is no indication you have male pattern baldness. Do you have family history of it andif so, what ages they went bald at?

Both my uncles on my mother’s side went bald in their early 30’s I believe. I am a bit concerned because it seems like my hair resembles their colour and texture prior to going bald. My father and grandfather are not bald and my hair does somewhat resemble theirs but they do have hairlines that are in a pretty noticeable M shape. As far as I am aware, however, they never receeded into that hairline but instead had it their whole life.

I wouldn't worry about it. Just keep an eye on it (not obsessively).

I should be concerned shouldn't I Retnoid?

I buzzed my hair because I felt depressed, now its growing back like this.

That long corner on the nape is where I missed a spot.

I also wear hats all the time, and just woke up on this pic.

It is not a normal male pattern baldness style. male pattern baldness has the word pattern in it because it follows a pattern (receding hair line, crown/vertex thinning until it becomes a bald area and then top thinning between). The lines of thinness is probably just how your hair is normally or if you are using treatment could have caused some thinning in these areas.
