What is the correct amount i should apply with rogaine foam? New here :)

Hey guys! Two questions

1. I been using over 10 months rogaine foam. But i am applying it only once a day. Does it makes any kind of effect?

2. Is it okay to wash ny hair only with water(without shampoo), after 4 hours since I applied it? Is it enough for it to washed off the hair?

3. How can i know the amount i need to use for maximum effect + not wasting the product? )applying to much)

apply 2x a day, do not skimp.

i would apply before going to work, and an hr or so before bed to allow for drying.

also i believe the liquid to be more potent than foam

can i wash it with water? or its not enough?

wash your hair with whatever you want, but i prefer to apply to a clean scalp. if you are too tired to shower before going to bed, still apply the minoxidil. just ensure u get in your two times a day.
