there is no consensus on this, because everybody's body reacts differently to different foods. we know which foods are generally healthier and which ones are generally unhealthier. stay away from overly processed stuff, cut out sugar/corn syrup completely, lower polyunsaturated fats, higher monounsaturated fats, eat fresher and learn how to cook it. stop eating boxed meals and frozen dinners. etc... this should be common knowledge.From all the diet plans, what is the most effective?
over time you'll learn which foods your body likes and which foods it doesn't, once you just start eating real foods and your taste buds normalize, you will be able to notice more how your body reacts to certain foods physically. eating processed junk is basically like taking drugs. it blocks out certain neurotransmitters that tells you which foods are toxic to you and which foods are safe.
