What is the strongest combination?

Is there a combo stronger than 2,5mg of dutasteride (oral) a 5% minoxidil lotion and a nizoral shampoo?

What else can I throw in?

Should I take all these medications, will my liver be in jeopardy?

I'm a NW2. I willing to take the strongest available combination since I want to go back to NW1 by transplant. I'm 24 years old. Can FUT or Robotic FUE, which have a low level of graft damage, do the job?

Based on what I've been reading on this forum:

- You can make your own minoxidil by ordering the powder and dissolving it in alcohol and going higher than 5%. You can maybe add other stuff like tea tree oil, retin-A, etc.
- Some say that regenpure, lipogaine, etc are better than nizoral;
- Some advocate for spironolactone cream to be applied, i don't know if you would apply it before or after minoxidil.
- Some advocate for RU58881 spray, i don't know if you would apply it before or after minoxidil.

One of the moderators of this website is using revivogen+spironolactone cream and argues that it works.

How many topical products can the scalp handle?

Use a topical anti androgen too. RU is the best. Or fluridil was the best for me out of that, topical spironolactone and revivogen... If your looking for something less likely to cause sides. The scalp can handle plenty of topicals. I've used as much as 4/5 a day with no problems.

Depends how much you care about side effects. If you don't care about the rest of your body, adding in 200mg oral spironolactone along with dutasteride and high dose RU is pretty much a cast iron guarantee of maintenance at least.

dutasteride and RU should be enough and less dangerous though. Surprised if you didn't get sides on 2.5mg dutasteride daily though.
