What Is Up With This Bald Spot? Is It Normal?

Ever since I was 20 I've had one small spot on my head that had drastically less hair than the rest of my head. As I started thinning more on top I started propecia. I've been on propecia for 10 years now and seem to really be losing hair at a much faster rate (crossing my fingers propecia is still working). Especially on the one side of my head. I find it so odd, but maybe it's normal? I've attached a picture to see if this is a normal balding pattern or if something is up with that one spot on my head? It's getting hard to hide and looks odd. Thanks.

Definitely not a normal pattern but looks like genetic hair loss to me... hair still looks fine though especially for your age

I know I'm balding, but I guess since the spot on the right side has always had less hair in the one bald spot I'm worried I will end up with just a big bald spot on the side of my head. I've never seen a guy with one bald spot and it's hard to cover up. Since the norwood scale doesn't apply to diffuse thinning is it pretty bad since I can clearly see scalp?

Its just gonna start balding badly from there and eventually go throughout your head... Norwood scale isn't limited to the horseshoe pattern.
