Hey guys,

I'm 24, been on finasteride for more then 2 years now, but my temples are still rather quick receding...

Anyways, for me medication does not work. So a hairtransplant doesn't sound like a good idea, so I want to get an hair system for my temples..

This is my situation;

Any ideas what would be my best options?
Is it possible to use 2 small hair pieces for the temples?

No.

You will need to shave the entire frontal third for a front partial to work.

Which again, only works if your surrounding hair is healthy and uniform in appearance. Blending is the main issue as most people have a hard time making a seamless transition.

Will most likely need to shave it all off and wear a topper.

I'm afraid I'm going to have to different from Shookwun. I have seen two small side pieces being used effectively, although they are a bit fiddly to apply. Because you have very blond hair I actually think that might be the best solution for you. You could also shave your forelock and wear a small triangular piece just for the first 2 or 3 inches, and again that would work well. Of course you have to get a good colour match, and you have to keep that match up by using a leave-in sun screen, but those things are perfectly doable. Again, your hair colour makes the whole process much easier.

Shaving your whole head for a full topper would be madness.

Easiest just to buy a stock piece in your colour, then cut the pieces you need from it. You could probably get 6 or 8 hairpieces from a stock unit.
