what benefits have you seen with it so far?
I'm little confused about picking one as there are so many in the market. So, I would want you to suggest me Multivitamin!

Thanks

None.

Vitamins do absolutely nothing for hair loss.

Basically what he said ^

But if you think you'll feel good about yourself wasting loads of money into nothing, then go right ahead.
Vitamins will do nothing for male pattern baldness.

I know vitamins won't help with genetic balding but I'm willing to spend money on it if they can improve the rough texture of my hair

I take one, but not for my hair because that would be stupid

One-A-Day or equivalent generic is fine. I say that just for a supplement for general health. Like everyone here said, no effect on hair whatsoever.

If you do wanna take vitamins then as the above guy said take a supplement for general health. Better than that would be to spend money on good food :) One supplement thats very popular is OptiMen. Has almost all the essential vitamins and other good stuff. If you're ready to spend then that would be ideal. Otherwise take Biotin 5MG tablets. Might help with your hair texture and is also very cheap but it gave me acne :(

I take one a day multivitamins. I'm 99.9% sure they are doing nothing for my hair loss but if they make me feel healthier, I'm happy.

Not true, If your vitamin D is low then that effects your hair. Obviously it's not the cause of hair loss but we know it does effect it.

I already have a balanced diet and lead a healthy lifestyle, the vitamins are doing nothing for my hair.

Fair enough if I was malnourished or suffering from deficiency but for the average guy they aren't going to change anything.

Yeah I'm really low with Vitamin D which is why my doctor prescribed it along with finasteride. I think It's dishonest for people here to say that Vitamins can't have a positive impact because If you're low on one it can contribute to hair health and thus hairloss.
