What norwood am I??? PICS

What do you guys think?? It seems as if my hairline is going back a bit?? Hair is about 1.5" all over combed down.

Do you think its a norwood 1 or 2?? Or do I need to spike it up to tell?? It seems as if my whole top is starting to get a little thinner along with a little recession but not sure. I am 28 so it could possibly be a little age thinning??

I guess it looks better than it actually is because its dry and combed forward in a ceasar style, maybe I can find some better pics to show more I just really want to be able to stop it right away if I am balding

Well its not set in stone, you can start losing your hair at any age but most of the nw6/7 guys start very young and have aggresive loss. Looking at your hair if you're 28 I would doubt that you'll ever have a high degree of hairloss, you'll probably be 70+ with a nw2 or 3 at most. :mrgreen: (You bastard!) :mrgreen:

Well I'll be honest saf, I was stupid and experimented with some testosterone and shortly after this is when I noticed the little recession and general thinning all over the top. Don't get me wrong I know I have a good head of hair now I just want to stop it in its tracks if it is male pattern baldness and not let it get any worse. I may start finasteride/nizoral just to prevent any further progression as I have found prevents further loss from these forums. Oh and thanks for the replies

If you need to style your hair to make it look like you're STARTING to MAYBE receed a little...you have nothing to worry about. My first thought when I saw your pic was that you were on here as a joke. If you;re actually serious..do NOT take finasteride. It's not a precautionary medication. Save it for when and if you actually DO need it.

Firstly, you are ruining a perfectly good head of hair with that stupid haircut. Get it cut a little shorter on the back and sides and don't have that window cut out for your face along the bangs.
