What Norwood am I?

Norwood 2 with wahat looks like retrograde allopecia...

I noticed that for the first time ever. I think I should shower and see if it goes, those patches are odd the say the least. But I'm pretty sure it's just that my hair was pulled back and from being beside a window. Is my hair following the conventional hair loss pattern or is there something I'm missing. I know there's Norwood 2 as well as Norwood 2A.

does retrograde allopecia stop? or does it keep going until youre bald on the sides?

I really have no idea, but it's not a good sign. It means that your permanent/donor zone is smaller, not even the typical save NW6 donor zone is safe. Impossible to say how much you will ultimately lose.
Pretty sure I have retrograde alopecia too
