What Norwood Class Do You Guys Think I Am??

You're basically right in between a Norwood 2 and 3. You could get on Finasteride if you wish to halt any possible further reccession, and you can go for a hair transplant if you care that much about having a perfect hairline. But nonetheless, your hairline is not terribly busted up at all and you have excellent density.

yep hope finasteride will work for you. i had better hairline when started, now worse . But fina is your best bet .

Good hair, but you're slowly, and gradually heading towards a NW3.



Just keep taking your medication, and you will be fine.

in my cas propecia is not enough to prevent the recession from a 2.5 to 3 .

You're at the few last stages where your hair still looks fine.. keep going on treatment, you seem a little older than 20 which means your HairLoss prob isn't too aggressive, finasteride + transplant will def bring you back.. imo all you need is finasteride

Thanks so much for your reply brother...my receding is owed a lot to steroid use from 20-27...I stopped, obviously, and I'm really hoping that the hormone change, with Finasteride + rogaine will bring it back a little bit more...I've seen amazing results thus far

If you guys were me, would you just stick with the big 3? Or do y'all see my absolutely needing a transplant at some point? I'm glad I found this site...my buddies think I'm not balding at all, but I'm glad you guys understand where I'm coming from for sure!

Also minoxidil, and Nizoral....strongly considering Avodart...since I never experienced sides from Finasteride

You would be a very good candidate to touch up your hairline with transplant, but you probably won't need it if finasteride does its job
