Like NW1.5 IMO. His left temple seemed to have receeded a bit more, but basically a full head of hair. Wouldn't even classify as a "mature hairline".

Perhaps you could say that, but when I think of mature hairlines, I envision more of a visible widow's peak or a slightly higher hairline (ie. how many fingers you can fit between your eyebrows and the edge of your hairline). That guy's left temple felt a bit more receeded than his right temple, but his hair was great overall, with a low hairline.

A comment on that video, how much thought has he put in this! See:

Great video! Very refined hairstyle. I've been searching for a lot of hairstyling tutorials and yours in one of the very best. Wish I could give the video 5 likes but I can't :(I was wondering though: In all your experience styling hair, have you discovered any "power haircuts" that successful men tend to get? I'm currently doing a lot of research in order to discover my style, and a lot of my friends (who are going into business, the medical field, and entertainment) have been talking about "power haircuts", haircuts that give a person luck in everything they do. Not supernaturally, but because these "power haircuts" tend to represent a slick, trained, and able mind. Do you have opinion regarding this? Please, if anyone has an opinion, feel free to reply to my question as well. Any good insight would be appreciated!

Yeah old is the word your looking for like someones dad. That is why male pattern baldness is so bad. Up until you get wrinkles and just age in general lets be honest your hair is the main thing that is going to prematurely age most men. I remember at my retail store they advised clerks to ID for alchohol if they look younger than 30 and not to go by mens hairlines because its not always true. She specifically said that because truthfully most men do show their age in their hair while they get that mature hairline long before anything else and its pretty much incurable right now.

You're right by the way. But that's why I like the typical plastic surgeon look with slicked hair going back, goes well with their job haha.

I think that wise and trustable are the doctors over 40-50, no matter what is on their head. However a young doctor, being he with full head of hair or receding, will not be treated as a trustable one, because of his age (from the first sight).

I see the man as a Norwood 1, his hair is perfect in my eyes.

How bad is your male pattern baldness? I am thinning in a Norwood 6 pattern with the back and sides already greying and I'm only in my early twenty's.
