Not sure what norwood you are but definitely diffuse thinning and quite heavily by the looks of it. Options are the following:

You are diffuse thinning in a NW5A pattern. Get on Finasteride and Minoxidil 5% asap or you might end up being a NW5A in 5 years or less. Hair transplants also tend to be harder and more complex for diffuse thinners. Good news is that diffuse thinners tend to be better responders to meds and might be able to see noticeable improvement after they've been on treatment for a while. There are many stories of diffuse thinners that have maintained for 10 or even 15 years on those two meds alone.
