Hey guys,

I am 28 years old and over the last 5 years I think i lost some hair in the temple region. I workout a lot, I guess my own testosterone levels are pretty high( little back acne, growing eyebrows, very little hair on the back...)

My hairline has always been like this even as a teenager. I have a prominent widows peak.

I don't have an anti hair loss regime so far.

My hair is very thick, in the pictures I have pomade in my hair.

I normally cover the temples with my hair, and this works pretty good

Thank you guys.

Looks like NW2.5 to me. A little past the typical NW2, but not quite at NW3.

Your hair looks very thick everywhere else.

I'd look into starting a regime to keep the progression from getting worse. I would recommend finasteride, but I've stopped using it because of the side effects. I'm currently looking into CB-03-01 or RU58841. Minoxidil has helped quite a few people with their hairlines. If you don't want to get on any of these, I would recommend using Nizoral twice a week. I use 2%, but it's prescription only unless you buy online. The 1% formula works too and is available in any local store.

Your hair is actually quite unusual man. Your temples are quite heavily receded but yet the hair you do have is really thick.

No one here could possibly know how much your hair loss will progress (if it does at all). So it's your call - you can start researching the big 3 (propecia, minoxidil and nizoral) or you can stay off treatments and get on with your life.

Does indeed look like a NW3.

With such a slow pace of balding, I think you'd be set for life with just Propecia.

Definitely NW3, yeah. If you should be worried or not, depends on your family history. You need to find out who you got it from, to be able to predict anything. Your father, grandfather on your mother's side. Hopefully, your mother has a brother, or your grandmother on your mother's side has... it'll make it a lot easier, as you can just take a look at them. You get the picture.
