NW1.5. Very minor temple recession. Similar hairline to mine. Great density. I don't see any signs of male pattern baldness. Just monitor every 3-6 months if you're worried.

I dunno maybe, the longer it gets the harder it is to put on rogaine foam... and I’m scared to switch to liquid

I’ve confirmed diffuse thinning actually (a hair transplant doctor, 2 derms and a couple threads on here from way back). Propecia and rogaine seem to be working though
