what products can i use that does not cause shedding.
also is the any shedding involved with useing nizoral 1% or bad side
affects.
im looking for a natural route.\

nizoral shouldn't cause u to shed. If u are starting a new treatment shedding is usually a good thing as it means there are new hairs growing and u are responding to the treatment

Those of you who are obsessed with shedding, or think that shedding is bad, really need to educate yourselves on the hair growth cycle. Once you do, you'll realize that shedding has nothing to do with hairloss.

Shedding is a precursor to growth, if you're going to grow, you've gotta shed, it's that simple.

In some people it may be more noticable while in others it may not.

i only wash my hair 3 times a week is it o.k. to use everytime
i wash my hair , also i use garnea frutis (bad speller) for dry and damaged hair for a conditioner, also what are your thoughts about my condtioner choice.
