I'm looking for a decent shampoo when I'm not using nizoral? Something maybe to make my hair appear thicker?

What do you guys use? Thanks Dan

I use Jonhson's Baby Shampoo, it's gentle and leaves your hair soft and thick looking.

I tried experimenting with Schwarzkopf because it smelt so freaking good but it left my hair looking horrible.

So I'll stick with Johnson's Baby Shampoo.

I usually use different types of organic shampoos besides Nizoral, and I never buy the same brand twice in the row, always try to change up your shampoo.

I usually buy shampoo from smaller brands with only natural ingredients or at least with very little Synthetic Ingredients. I try to stay away from the big brands because they usually have the worst shampoos.

I think NANO shampoo would be an obvious choice. More obvious than using Revivogen shampoo, which I don't think has any real effect on one's hair. Why not use an actual medicated shampoo like NANO?? :dunno:

And there's Bryan with his "obvious choice" again. Even though there's no evidence that NANO works as claimed..and for sure any better than Revivogen.

For 20+ years Bryan has been shilling the Proctor crap.

I think they're at least just as good as anything else  There are some others I'd love to try..but I do love the Andalou line so far. Non- plant stem cell based ones I like are Lamas' Chinese herbal....Elsom's Micellarin Green...Bioclin Phydrium Advance...and Dermaheal.

Here's one plant stem cell one I'd love to try(scroll down): http://www.labosuisse.com/Products_hairloss_stem_int.aspx

The active ingredient it contains is 3-carboxylic acid pyridine n-oxide, also known as nicotinic acid n-oxide (NANO). It also contains at least one SOD (superoxide dismutase).

Dr. Proctor has used NANO for many years in his products, and says it stimulates hair growth in a manner rather similar to minoxidil.

No. It uses ammonium laureth sulfate and ammonium lauryl sulfate.

Dr Proctor has used NANO for many years, and just as with his Prox's.... has no evidence for it/them working as claimed. He and Bryan also put out this idiotic sales pitch that places like LEF sell a "watered down" version to explain why it's cheaper(& the ingreds lists are exactly the same). I'm sure you're like me..would love to have a watered-down version of a product to treat something as hard to deal with as male pattern baldness  Gee..I think I'll spend the extra money on the real thing. Thanks for telling us Doctor!

Well you could have gotten the same thing, cheaper...was my point.

There are ingredients in Prox, according to Bryan and Dr. P, that aren't even disclosed. I think that's just another B.S. sales-pitch..but if true, wouldn't you like to know what you're putting on your head? :dunno:

I use a generic version of Neutrogena's T-sal that I get from CVS. It doesn't have a smell which I like, very affordable and it's a mild exfoliant so that minoxidil can penetrate easier. Is anyone finding nizoral yet? I use regenepure dr but it's expensive so i try to use it twice a week at most.

I'm in San Diego and I found nizoral at a Walgreens in El Cajon which is a couple of cities over. I checked their website online.. showed the availability. It was the closest place to me that had it. Supposedly the Walmart there had it too but when I got there they told me they don't sell it anymore. I just recently started my regimen and didn't realize it was scarce at the time. I thought I was just striking out. I bought 2 at the time just cause it was a bit harder to find. But they sell it on their website.. http://www.walgreens.com/store/c/nizora ... 07-product
