I already posted a thread about 2 weeks ago and got some replies.

However, I still have some questions and feeling very anxious. I'm 21y old(close to 22) and currently in NW2.5. I know that there are many people whose situations are worse than mine, but I'm also feeling terribly serious about my situation. As my gender identity is androgynous, baldness will not only destroy my appearance but also my identity. I'm trying to cheer up, but feeling hard to maintain my daily life. I was thinking about using hormonal drugs in the future but realized that it's quite risky and it's even hard to get doctor's permission.
Many people say that we cannot really stop balding by any medication and some people say that it's rare to lose hair with dutasteride. Latter gives me hope but doesn't sound realistic because there are many people saying that they are losing hairs on dutasteride and if dutasteride was that effective, I have no idea why people are so worried about further hair loss.
I'm waiting for the effect of dutasteride on my hairs and I hope that dutasteride is really that effective. It would be nice to me if people in online talking about hair loss are pessimistic just because they are quite unlucky and most people doing well with drugs are quiet because they don't need to care about it. But it looks like just my hope. dutasteride doesn't seem to be that effective and as my hair loss started early, I think I'm not in a good situation.
My questions are:
1. Is there some general consensus on the effectiveness of dutasteride in preventing hair loss? It seems to slow down the hair loss but do not stop it for 15-40 years, right? There are some people saying that they didn't lose hair for a long time(of course max is about 10y because dutasteride is not that old) with dutasteride, but I didn't see many of them. Most people seems to be thinking that it is not that effective. Or, does it vary too much between individual cases? Many people save hairs and also many people lose hairs?
2. It is rare to recover frontal hairs and it's hard to go back to NW1~1.5 by using dutasteride and minoxidil, right? I have many miniaturized hairs along the hairline and want to make them to be normal hairs.
3. Is the fact that my hair loss started early a strong evidence that my hair loss will be aggressive?
