I personally think that if it works (IF) then lowering/disabling DHT will produce similar sexual sides since DHT is probably important there but it depends on how much it goes systemic.

To give a legitimate answer to the question from someone who has bothered to read the patent, watch the videos, read studies etc.

We can make a few educated guesses, assuming that it ever goes systemic:

• It's possible that you could get the increased heart rate and unwanted hair growth that minoxidil can cause, on account of DGLA being a powerful vasodilator; minoxidil is also a powerful vasodilator.

• The plant extract equol that they use is the DHT-inhibitor, but to how significantly it lowers DHT if taken systemically and for how long it lasts I do not know. It could be that it could cause side effects that result from lowered DHT, but maybe not.

• L-carnitine (when ingested) can cause diarrhea, nausea, heartburn and a fishy odor to bodily fluids.

• Allergic reactions and skin irritation

All speculation, but I think it is reasonable speculation

also, any cosmetic can give you side effects.

Even with finasteride you still have DHT circulating your body just in lower amounts. I think it blocks around 70% in the scalp.

Yeah I think other people already summed this up pretty good. If the equol doesnt lower or stop androgens why would it not be like minoxidil? Regrowing some hair maybe, but your still going to slowly go bald from androgens. You have to stop androgens so the equol has to work for this to really stop hair loss long term
I hope this works though because id like to never touch finasteride personally but I acknowledge right now androgens are still the most important factor in male pattern baldness
