I honestly don't believe it's anything serious since my hair, after reaching a peak of shedding has shown improvement!

I do want to believe that it's telogen effluvium since my hair did shed after an intense acid trip honestly it was so intense that I was in a state of panic for a good few hours and thought i'd never be able to recover from this acid trip (it was my first time trying it) and after that incident my close family member had committed suicide, so maybe that did trigger chronic t.e

other wise I have no explanation as to why my hair is trying to recover itself.

I would say there's little doubt that you have advanced diffuse male-pattern baldness. It is clear from the photos you posted.
You might have telogen effluvium in addition.

Telogen Effluvium is fairly rare, especially in men and it’s even rarer to lose >50% hair density. Like someone said you may have aa with superimposed aa. Expecting full resolution of your hair without medication is unreasonable.

Get a tsh, free t4, iron panel, testosterone, estrogen, dhea, dht.

Propecia will work in 50% of unpatterned alopecia (which yours seems to be). It’s up to you if you want to try it. Rogaine would help as well
