Need some advice about what to do.

What type of hairloss is this (no frontal recession) ?

Could this be caused by some other skin condition rather than androgenic alopecia? I also have problems with itching on the scalp and dandruff.

35 yrs, On minoxidil since about 1 year and dont se any change. Too afraid of sides with finasteride. Tried prp without success.

Was thinking about hairtransplant but they told med that it would probably damage existing hairs.

Now I am considering Scalp Micro Pigmentation to make the hair look denser. Good or bad idea?

One of my old highschool friends has a similar pattern of loss as yours. If its progressing further, then I would try finasteride. I know sides turn alot of people away, but if it helps, I'm on dutasteride and finasteride. SMP could help but I would definitely try some other routes first. But your hairloss could possibly be from something else. It looks diffuse. Maybe thyroid. But if dandruff and it is a problem. I highly recommend Nizoral. And it helps a little bit with hairloss. I hope any of this helps.
