Personally id give it 2 or 3 years anyway. Those are such important treatments its worth trying extra long to make completely sure they are not working at all.
If your hair loss progresses like normal even then Maybe its time to consider hair transplants or experimental like RU/CB and group buy kind of things if you can afford it, and handle the much greater risks. I would try to get some CB before using RU, but its very expensive with no reliable manufacturers.
In a few years I think we will have some real alternatives to finasteride.

The two images where my hair is shorter were taken once I finished with finasteride and started dutasteride.

Even on dutasteride I still lost ALOT of hair. Especially from the crown , maybe some from the temple too.

I’m only 21 years old I mm lost and don’t know what to do anymore. I’m willing to try Ru but I’m not hopeful. Please give me any recommendations I’ll do anything.

I’d stick with the dutasteride. And go in a high minoxidil compound. I do 16% and finasteride and estradiol amongst a few things. Does your head itch?

from time to time, yeah it does itch. i lose around 100 hairs a day
Mine has always had an itch and crawl with it. I’m currently on .5 dutasteride for 5 months and have been on finasteride for 7 years, minoxidil for 18 years and so much more

Your crown looks pretty good. You may have to get on minoxidil to regrow density in the front.

Splatt = have you had good results

invaderzim = around a year and a half. loaded dutasteride in first week 1.5mg for 8 days then 0.5 a day. Generic Dutasteride pharma grade though i have a prescription for it

im going to try ru58841 but i dont know how to do it. it needs a freezer and i have to hide it form my mum

I think I’ve had a little regrowth on the sides of my temples, well above that area, but I know I’m not losing when the itch is gone and it’s still present, definitely a little less, but until that’s gone I know miniaturization is still present. It may have been the prp treatments I’ve had too.

@Matt98 Do you have any baseline pictures to compare? Also do you feel your hair loss accelerated when you started treatments?
