I don't know, I have not followed the legal proceedings.

I don't know if they have a good case or not either.

But I don't expect them to win. America is a country run by and for rich people. It's poor and middle class men affected by finasteride so I don't expect the legal system to rule against a large corporation like Merck.

American poor have 65" flat screens, smart phones, free food, housing.

Had not hard of this before in the news or anything! Hopefully nothing happens against Finasteride, many people are using it and rely on it too. Would be a shame.
