You have a lot of hair as well Andy and for some reason are going "Nuclear" with meds. In my opinion you should get of all your meds. Focus on your health said:
I think Topher meant get rid of all your meds. I know many here rather be safe than sorry but from the pics I saw, Andy's hair was uniformly thick, albeit, it looks like his corners did recede a bit. I too think Andy went overboard with the treatments and is now in a bind that he should get out of. @Andy, any younger pictures of your hairline to compare, I don't think you've receded much if at all and your hair is uniformly thick.

Sure, only 15% of the population has digestive issues like mine. I had a hemorrhoidectomy October 31. Doctor said "I had the hemroids of a 50 year old women that's had three kids" I had suffered with them several years trying every diet and medication there was. Start of October I couldn't sweep a floor without pissing blood out my *** and having to sit down in pain. That was when I found Danny Roddy and a raypeat diet. After 3 weeks on a ray peat diet I could do 8 or 10 hours of decent labour. I can't eat to much insoluble fiber due to heavy endotoxin due to my super fast digestion. This is my theory anyway. It's likely that stress had much to do with a lot of my health issues.
You have a lot of hair as well Andy and for some reason are going "Nuclear" with meds. In my opinion you should get of all your meds. Focus on your health , diet, lifestyle, mental health. It's likely you could reverse any loss you have had naturally. I'm not convinced you have anything but a muture hairline. You literally nuked you dick for some miner hairloss, and from what I can tell haven't had much success.
Generally I still have a lot of hair but given my age the outlook isn't looking too promising. I didn't start out on an an aggressive regimen I started out like everybody else using just finasteride. Then topical spironolactone, then oral spironolactone and it just went on from there. Yes I've not had much success which is depressing, but I must fight on. Health would be nice but I'm here for a good time not a long time, health is the least of my concerns right now.

@AnxiousAndy, sorry I can be a dick sometimes. Good luck! Until you've lost your health you'll take it for granted. Just like most people and there hair.

Started at age 25, recession. Should have attacked full force right then. Didn't think it was bad, and I was also partially screwed by being a slow hairloss, so I think I adapted as it happened, learned to be creative with haircuts, wore hats, etc. If I started losing a bunch right away I probably would have been aggressive in trying to stop it. Losing very slowly is a killer.

Its okay and thank you, I can see you've had it rough for most of your life so its understandable. You're probably right I am taking my health for granted, but given the fact I rarely leave the house ( due to intense anxiety and depression ) its not much different from being in a wheel chair with nobody to push me anywhere. I feel if I fix my hair problem that will also fix my other problems ( probably not ). I would also like to see some decent regrowth. Fed up with seeing people take 0.25mg of finasteride 3x a week and regrowing hair when I'm on 1mg finasteride, 25mg cypro, 10mg oral minoxidil and topical estrogen 7x a day with the only growing follicles being miniaturizing ones :(
First world problems are really f*****g hard, and I hate myself for succumbing to them but that's the way the cookie crumbles.

Theres a chance ur not balding. Post pictures. Your family history seems good though so even if you lose a little bit of hair you will prob never actually go bald until ur very old.
i took the top view of my hair on april 1st. and the other two were taken like an hour ago from when this is posted. sorry for the size of the pictures but the photo of me looking to the right shows off my right temple which is more receded UPWARDS than the left but u cant really tell in the photo. ive been keeping track since around october of last year? and i like to think the top view of my head that my temples havent got any deeper. and i know it might not look bad but im used to maybe waking up to around a couple hairs on my pillow and the past week or two idk its been 12-20 i think. my hair comes out very easily from everywhere to be honest. i feel like im balding and its not stress. i feel like my hairline has gotten thinner for sure from the feel of it and just how thin it looks. i honestly stopped worrying about balding for a good 2-3 months maybe? my mom says its just stress but she doesnt notice hair loss of course -_- but when i thought about it i have been really stressed, i was having relationship issues that really took a toll on me among other things and im a very emotional person so the entire month of march was very rough for me. and so has this been this month too. also im not a very healthy person i dont exercise im 5'5 on a good day and i would say i weighed around 115-120 but recently stopped over eating and now i weigh around 105-107. but im hoping its stress of course but i personally think its balding cause i was already worried because my temples seemed thin and now it feels like even though it seems im losing hair easily everywhere its only really making a dent in my hairline.

(also my hair is dyed black and the brown has grown out some.)
