what zinc is the right zinc topically?

I was curious.theres so many zincs....ionic zinc, zinc sulfate, zinc oxide, pyrithiun zinc (or however you spell it) which is used for dermatitis...i dunno which one is best? Also, a lot people on here use zix and debate whether to use distilled water or alcohol. if you use minoxidil it already has minoxodil so couldn't you just squeeze a gel tab of zinc into a bottle of minoxidil, and if applied topically would you think zinc in high concentrations would lower copper levels throughout the entire body? thanks for any help
